Catarina Tully is Co-Founder of the School of International Futures and Founder of FromOverHere, a consultancy providing strategy and foreign policy advice. She has advised the UK parliament on an inquiry into Government Strategic Capability, worked on the US NIC Global Trends 2030 report, as well as consulted and trained senior officials from governments and companies around the world. She is on the UN Sustainable Development Goal 16 Advisory Panel.
Prior to setting up these organisations, Cat was Strategy Project Director at the UK FCO and Senior Policy Adviser in the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit. She previously worked for Christian Aid, Proctor and Gamble, and the World Bank.
Cat has a Social and Political Science degree from Cambridge University, an MPA from Princeton and a business and finance strategy qualification (CIMA). She is an Honorary Fellow of the Strategy and Security Institute at Exeter University and a visiting professor at RANEPA in Moscow. She is a trustee for Women´s Health and Family Services in Tower Hamlets in London, a community-based health advocacy organisation working with Black and Ethnic Minority women and their families; of Involve, a public participation thinktank; of the Foundation for Democracy and Sustainable Development; and a Global Board member of Academics Stand Against Poverty.
