In her capacity as Director of SOIF, Cat recently participated in “Latin America and the Caribbean 2030: World Visions, Continental Views”, hosted by ILPES on September 24th and 25th at the headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago, Chile.
